Lake Country Wineries

Lake Country's wineries form the Scenic Sip route between Kelowna and Vernon, in a cooler, northern part of the Okanagan known for aromatic whites such as Riesling and Gewürztraminer, and for Pinot Noir. Well-known stops include Gray Monk Estate Winery, 50th Parallel Estate, Arrowleaf Cellars, Ex Nihilo Vineyards and Intrigue Wines.

Visiting Lake Country wineries

The wineries are close to each other and to Highway 97, which makes a half-day route easy to plan. Bring a designated driver or arrange a tour, and check opening hours before you go, as many wineries reduce hours outside the main season. Several have patios and restaurants with lake views, and some host summer concerts.
