Peachland is a compact waterfront town on Okanagan Lake between West Kelowna and Summerland, with a relaxed pace, a walkable shoreline and hiking trails in the hills above.
The Peachland shoreline has beaches, a pier area and Heritage Park on Beach Avenue, with Cousins Park hosting summer concerts. It is a good base for paddleboarding, swimming and picnics.
Hardy Falls Regional Park has a short trail to a waterfall, and in fall the creek is known for spawning kokanee. Pincushion Mountain offers longer trails and viewpoints over the lake and valley.
The Peachland Museum covers the town's orchard and railway history, the Peachland Art Gallery runs shows and classes, and the Peachland Community Centre hosts the annual Fall Fair and community markets. See Peachland events.
